PHLEGM v8 Checkpoint 74 - CHOP pure-black visible-face wire with metallic shading

Visual requirement:
- 100% opaque #000000 outlines, not off-black or tinted blue.
- Draw visible front-facing polygon perimeters; do not render back-face wire.
- Fill visible faces with metallic diffuse + specular shading, varying by yaw.
- Reliable 1px black silhouette/crease edges even when a model-space edge
  projects between 64x48 raster pixels.

Implementation:
- Prebake all 16 yaw views at MAIN startup in icons-models.lib.
- Depth-buffer rasterization now records owning signed face orientation.
- Perimeter edges remain back-face culled and depth tested.
- A front-face-only edge-mask post-pass reconstructs silhouettes and creases.
- Broad specular highlights plus brighter ambient shading preserve material
color while contrasting against pure black edges.
- Transparent cutouts remain clear; decals and PCB contacts draw after wires.
- Same model source/viewport/baked frames on Windows and Linux.
- 5% maximal-scale minimum physical thickness stays unchanged.

Validation: new whole-matrix black-wire and metallic-shading assertions in
tests/chop-selftest.bas. Static inspection completed. Native FreeBASIC and
visual GUI regression still need to run on target systems.
